Ambiance Suites Cancun

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the comfortable bed and clean rooms. The hotel also provided complimentary soaps, shampoos, and lotions, a nice touch. there was a swimming pool and gym available to use. The location of the hotel was great, with a mall and multiple food options within walking distance. This made it convenient for us to find places to eat and do some last-minute shopping.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the noise. There was a ventilation outside our room , made it very noisy and difficult for us to sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very impressed. The location is perfect, right in downtown close to a shopping mall. The service was excellent, with room service and car hire available. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, as well as a swimming pool and a sun terrace. we were very satisfied with our stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms at Ambiance Suites were comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Despite a small issue with damp bedding, running the AC quickly resolved it. We appreciated the close proximity of the hotel to the city center and public transportation, making it convenient to explore Cancun. While the complimentary breakfast was simple with toast and a plate of papaya, it served as a quick and satisfying start to the day. we would recommend Ambiance Suites for a pleasant and convenient stay in Cancun.

The lack of nearby attractions within walking distance, but the hotel's close proximity to bus stops made it easy to explore the area. Another drawback was the limited breakfast options, as the free breakfast only consisted of coffee or juice and toast.

Staff friendly, room spacious, beds firm. Tacos 'n Madre restaurant nearby. Cheery receptionist, quickly resolved initial damp room issue. Good for short stay, not ideal for longer visits. Clean rooms, big bed, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, neighborhood bars/restaurants. Easy airport access.

The hotel's location in downtown Cancun was perfect for my partner and me. It allowed us to easily collect supplies for our trip to Isla Holbox, as there were various establishments nearby. there was a large mall close by, convenient for shopping.

The hotel itself was clean and had a modern feel to it. We also appreciated the quietness of the room on the west side, overlooking the beautiful atrium courtyard. Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The location is ideal, as it is close to the Plaza of the Americas, where you can find everything you need. The hotel is also in the regional center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. And the best part is, down the street, you can find amazing food options that will leave you satisfied.

The rooms seem poorly protected acoustically, allowing noise from the staff working in the hallways to be quite disturbing in the early morning.

We loved staying at this hotel, it's located right in the middle of the city, near a big mall with lots of food options. The room we had was amazing, it had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly, always ready to help us with anything we needed. We also loved the pool, it was very relaxing.
